The end of "An American Tail" is scary too.

*blinks*

I haven't seen that movie or read the book in far too long...

Uhhmmm, actually I just found my way over here to say that I love the current storyline, but I got thrown by hearing people discussing Watership Down. Usually I mention the book or the movie and only get blank stares. Then I try to explain it...and...well, then people just look at me funny.

If I may drag you all back from Watership Down via animation and plants, may I be permitted to say that the fuzzball people series was one of the funniest sequences I've read anywhere in quite a while!

I loved it, Timmerryn! ^___^

I'd like to second that. Had me rolling in the aisles...err...well...in my chair. Yes. It was funny.

*insert big fat self-satisfied grin* Toldja.

Watership Down is an Important Book. Everyone should read it. Everyone should also read "Hunter's Moon" by Garry Kilworth.
And to a lesser extent "Tailchaser's Song" by Tad Williams, which I really liked when I was younger but have gone off a bit now.
