Hi. Let's make this brief - my mouse is dying, on it's last legs, and not working for colouring at ALL, and barely working for normal computer functions. Thusly, the Xeniths I had, that were pretty much done except for a bit more airbrushing, lighting effects, and the dialogue (which would take, at most, about a half hour per strip to finish, whoopdedoo) aren't getting done, because the lame-ass mouse decided to quit on me. Therefore, I don't have any new Xeniths to put up. This WOULDN'T be a problem, except that at the moment, I don't have the money to purchase a NEW one - and I won't get my paycheck until the 26th of the month. SO, I'm going to have to take a hiatus from the strip, even though it's aggravating me to do so. (and even more aggravating is trying to dredge from the depth of my memory which hot keys do WHAT on this thing - I need my mouse!) So instead of new Xeniths, and instead of giving you the same damn comic to look at every day for the next two weeks, I'm going to put up some artwork that I had been working on on the side, including some anime stuff (I'm attempting to get the hang of cel shading, here). Some of you may have seen the artwork already, but a lot of you haven't, so I'm hoping this'll at least keep y'all happy for a little while while I work my buns off to get said paycheck. Sorry about the break, guys - fate seems to be working against me, for some reason, however I'm giving it the finger and not giving up on this thing altogether - the strip's too important to me. So be patient, I'll have new one's up as soon as I possibly can. Thanks.
------------------

one thing about internet comics that is not true of regular comics is that things happen: computers break, servers go down, ideas end, and artists simply get worn out. it is these things that serve to remind us that the creator of this comic is indeed human. we all trust and support you aerie, you have proven your integrity in the past.

as for your request to be shot, no. *pats head and wraps blanket around aerie*
