Is Xenith based on a Celtic legend? (I'm more familiar with Greek and Norse mythology, my Celtic background is a little weak.)
The story (at least its beginning) almost reminds me of something that I can't quite place. You start out with an elfin creature who lives in a walled city that's isolated from the outside and also protected. She leaves and finds that she can't return. It's almost like the theme of birth.
This might not be too surprising if the story has a basis in legend or mythology because such stories are often models for human societies, experiences, and so on.
In any event, the artwork is VERY well done, and it's easily comparable to comics in the Sunday papers. Think about a professional career.
Fascinating comic; anthropology/psychology background?
OK, Aeire is Celtic and Kaith sounds Celtic.
