because I am a very mean girl. Very mean. Although it was M'Nekr who did that to him, I wrote it all. I make my favorite characters go through the most hell. I'm not sure why though. Oh well, I promise to make up for it in this particular case. Although there are alot of depressing things in this comic. That's all I'm gonna say. <P>Alice ;_;

*hugs Alice* It's ok...I know about making favorite characters go through hell...I love all the characters in my stories, even the evil ones. And then I have to make the nice ones get beat, or do bad things, or...but you need it both for them and for the plot. I mean, if Kuthra hadn't been beat up anyway, Sapheire would just have punched him, wouldn't he? Or maybe not, but the chance of that happening would really go up. Anyway, I must remember that I have to read every day, because when I don't, the 3 pages and the message board updates are just overwhelming! So much stuff I love to read, so little time! But don't stop updating...*"whining selfishly" tape plays* Soon I will have more time...soon...

heh... I'm still pretty mean to the characters. Alot of it IS drama, it adds to the plot, and in this case, it makes Saph realize his own errored judgment. I really do love all my characters too. I have a special place in my heart for some of the villains as well as the heroes. ^_^ ...but I always make the heroes go through a hell of a lot of crap. I guess the villains have their share too. Plus I'm writing a not-always-so-happy comic as well...<P>Heh, today's page will be late! (because I'm about to fall asleep and it still needs a small amount of work....) But I'll post it before I begin my journey home to WV later on.
