I'm on it curently and it work.

I bet this is because of some sort Aol bug 8-P...
try with the index.html at the end <A HREF="http://www.drowtales.com/bp/index.html" TARGET=_blank>http://www.drowtales.com/bp/index.html</A>

so now, as soon as you add the banner code to your page, the exchange going to work ^___^.

yup your web site banner is at the top of my site ^_~ it work, trought it going to stop when your 25 "credit" going to be used. So add the code as soon as you can ^-^.
You can see your statistic with the same adress as i told you<P>------------------
