So many choices, but I'll have to go with Doctor Doom.
Reasons will be explained latter. No Fantastic Four allowed to stop him. They're on Mars or something.

Well, since you are my archnemesis, McGoo, I shall mess up your whole versus and say HERB shall rule the world. Yes, Herb the Duck.He's got a tight alliance with Toasty, and is from the future, making him better then all these competitors from the present. He's also a duck, which allows him to fly, and thus, shite upon things from the air. He is also magical, has the ability to talk, and knows Kung Fu. Herb would have no problem eliminating these other competitors and TAKING CONTROL OF THE WORLD.------------------

Dogbert will win. Actually, he's probably already won, and we don't know it yet. Or we do know it, and we just accept it, or maybe we're not allowed to admit that we know it. I guess I have to vote for Dogbert because I'm already part of Dogbert's New Ruling Class and get the newsletter every so often.------------------

Okay.. now some good reasons. Dr. Doom had, like, a bajillion robots of himself. Some tiny. Some regular. Some giant. Even if the real one dies, he can have his brain put in a robot body!
He'll live forever!!
Plus, he's a genius. And he already rules over the country. Latvaria, or something.------------------

2. Herb the Duck cannot win because he always loses. Like Frasier who should have lost (I don't remember), certain characters are born losers. Herb lost his planet, lost to the Pineapple, lost to the Bunny. Of course at any point you could draw a comic making Herb utterly invincible (or have him beat, say, Dr. Doom.) So I'd like to declare him more or less out of the running, but I'll see where you're going with this.
3. What? Do you guys come crawling out of the woodwork when I write the word "Versus?" ::laughs:: I mean, how the heck did you all get here?
4. I can't support anyone yet. I'd like to follow the time-honored tradition (I think I bilked it on the last big one) of taking "what's left."------------------

jacko, jacko, jacko... Haven't you ever seen the episode where Brain proves conclusively that he is his own Achilles' heel. At the end he makes himself stupid and cannot remember but I do.Why Dr. Robotnik? He's the fastest thing alive. Watch any Sonic the Hedgehog game on the Genesis. When you have to chase Robotnik on foot, who wins? Robotnik. Combine that immense power with his immense intellect--- Wait? You mean he doesn't know he's the fastest thing alive?When he's trapped with other megalomaniacs, how soon do you think he'll hear the words, "Oh, Ivo, if only you had known..." Hm... Yes, The Brain did prove that it was really his fault that all of his plans didn't succeed.
Now, Dr. Robotnik? He is way too fat to be ruler of the world. That's right. He's just too fat! And his mustache is goofy!
Doctor Doom on the other hand has a menacing, horribly scarred appearance. Plus he shoots lasers from his fingers.

Dr. Doom is threatening because he's made of metal. Now, which of the two is really good at manipulating metal? How about Dr. Robotnik who, for a living, creates robots from animals. I don't see the difference between Dr. Doom and any of Robotnik's badniks like Coconuts.------------------

yes, i did see that episode, but c'mon. the brain may be his own downfall, but he tries to take over the world every damn night! dr. robotnik only tries whenever sega is short on cash and dr. doom can at the most only try once a month, often interrupted by two part specials and crossovers. plus, dr. robotnik has the tendency to make it possible for the goodguy, in this case, sonic, to beat him. the brain leaves no room for failure, lest it be his own. but since he tries every night, he would have 30 different plans, compared to the 1 by everyone else (except nWo, who are still figuring out that the world is round). hes got the obvious upper hand! or paw. whatever.------------------
