Friday's strip

Nice looking strip. I liked the pacing but the punchline was a letdown. Is Fido just sitting there in the last panel? I can't see all the details. Wouldn't it be funnier if Fido was cleaning up with a pooper scooper when he says the last line?
And instead of saying "he", use "that guy" it funnier. Now THAT'S nitpicking! <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/smile.gif">

He's supposed to have stepped in his own pooper and is cleaning it off with a stick.
I had to ask my wife about this one as I felt it was all too small to see. She knew what Fido was doing but the original drawing was a bit bigger and she may have already seen the gag before in another form.<P>Have a good holiday.
