Dave, you silly silly boy. You always have so many submissions on your board, you have many die hard fans. What is the secret to your success, and is it easily removable through surgical procedure so that I may have it for my very own? THe secret, that is. ------------------

It wasn't for my own purposes at that time -- I just really liked the comic and wanted to post there. Eventually, I became one of the regulars. In fact, I probably have a reputation of sorts, being as long-winded as I am.Eventually, I was posting on several different message boards, and most of the cartoonists were quite friendly when I posted links to my own comic. I also used the message boards at <A HREF="http://www.keenspace.com" TARGET=_blank>Keenspace</A> and <A HREF="http://www.keenspot.com" TARGET=_blank>Keenspot</A>, and posted links there as well when I started.Then I told all the cartoonists to vote for me in the Cartoonists' Choice Awards, and many of them did. I really have to thank Howard Tayler and BoxJam for all their help.Additionally, Lummox and I are related; HannibalV and I are old buddies; bambi basher is my brother-in-law; and ~dave of <A HREF="http://www.toddandpenguin.com" TARGET=_blank>Todd and Penguin</A> and Kritter (who I haven't really seen for a while, now that I think about it) are just really groovy guys.Glad you're back. yes indeedy, i am back, look for a new necronomicon on monday, and my journal with pictures and everything. i went to london, paris and brussels, so it should be interesting. I think my girlfriend got one of me plucking my uni-brow, as well!------------------
