This was really an experiment for me in a lot of ways. I've really been running this one fast and loose since hiatus ended, and I wasn't sure about whether or not to introduce a serious subplot. Seems to be getting decent response, though. i.e., I haven't gotten any complaints. Then again, I'm becoming convinced that no one really reads this.
