I have discovered many a good comic through crossovers. I hadn't heard of Gene's before this and haven't had a chance to read up on their original concepts yet but I thought that they mixed in with Mike's crew VERY naturally. I don't know if that is a compliment one way or the other but I enjoyed reading it.
