To judge from a thread in the Help Center forum, I suspect Keenspace is having ftp troubles (and just troubles in general- i.e. signals that try to get there, get slowed down.)
Judging from a traceroute (for those who don't know, neat command that I think first turned up on UNIX that lets you see where a packet of information goes on its way through the internet) the problem seems to be near Keenspot/space's machines but not at them ... so I don't think it's Keenspot/space that's responsible.
I don't know as much about these things as I'd like to, though, so I might be misinterpreting the information I'm getting. (Very likely, in fact. Better to find out from one of the admins, and/or post in the Help Center forum... I think I've embarrassed myself quite enough now in fact!)One further comment, though...
You may want to just try uploading the images again after a few hours, since this sort of bottleneck tends to come and go (yes, I know you know this already...)

Just so you know, I do most of my posting from an iBook and don't disrespect other platforms or their users... anyway. Forget I said that.
Good luck- really looking forward to your being able to continue the comic. Since it seems that the problem at Keenspace's end may be on the way to clearing up (see the thread in the Help Center forum), hopefully it's only a matter of time now before the problem on the Adelphi side of the line is cleared up?

yeah, a LOT of people have been having problems with their FTP...so Keen's at least partially at fault.------------------

Actually, I feel more like blaming my Hall Director as I'm currently on a godsforsaken iMac (someone please kill me) in order to post in here since my internet in my dorm is down for the sixth day in a row. Derek (my computer) is also at fault, since I can't seem to stay online for more than 20 minutes on his modem. Just long enough to check my e-mail, post, do the daily jigsaw, and check the comics I read in two sessions. And I'm on an iMac. Help me. Please.
