Good start!
All of the popular webcomics are either total comedy, or the mix of comedy and drama used by Avalon, Sluggy, It's Walky!, Kevin and Kell, and others. So it's very interesting to finally see a web comic in a more serious vein.
Looks very good, I'll definitely be keeping up with this one! (If only you updated daily )
(I have to echo Disraeli's comment about the black background in the forum, though. The green text is perfectly readable, and I prefer black backgrounds to white in general, but you can't read the links that have already been visited.)
-Chris

Well, there are a couple of more serious comics out there, such as "Wandering Ones" and "Clan of the Cats", but I was never much into "Clan of the Cats" because of it's supernatural stuff. Don't get me wrong, it's a well written, well drawn story, but I don't like supernatural stuff: it's not my thing. If you do like that sort of thing, and you like a healthy dose of seriousness, without comedy being a main, or even primary focus, you might want to check out CotC.
There's also another serious comic(I forget the name), that's in film noir sci-fi style, here on Keenspace. It's about this guy who's trying to find a girl who dissapeared years ago. He also happens to be in love with an android, and knows that the android can't love him back, isn't interested in him. It's a pretty good strip, and is only set maybe ten years in the future, while Burning Moon is set a good sixty or more years into the future(perhaps even further).
However, it seems that Burning Moon should fit the bill for a lot of people, as it's got a healthy mix of action, sci-fi, noir, and black comedy. I hope we can draw more readers like yourself in with both that, excellent storytelling, and amazing artistry.
So far, I'm pretty sure we're doing a good job in that direction.
------------------
