No, no, no, no, no. Forget frames, man--*Tables* are the way to go. I just recently redid my own site to get away from frames and use tables and it's amazing how much easier they are to work with. If you'd like a hand putting a new version of your page together, drop me a line--I'd be happy to give a hand.
