Well, it looks like you've finally stumped everyone here... I don't know who Mike Park is (except that he was in some band or something, and I only know that because I asked you)... but I rather suspect that a lot of people here are just as ignorant as I am, and SOMEONE needs to answer this. So, instead of bringing in someone here who knows who Mike Park is -- such as, for example, Mike Park himself -- I'll attempt to answer the question by our good friend,LOGIC!(which is not actually our good friend, but an abstract principle which I do not fully understand and will not be using.)So... we are faced with the choice between Mike Park (or Mark Pike, or whoever this guy was) and "someone who is not" said person. The former is a largely unknown quantity; all we know about him is that he is in a band and that Esyla approves of him. So we will say that our opinion of him is slightly positive (because Esyla, whose judgment we hold in some regard) is in favor of him. Now, "someone who is not Mike Park". This is also a mostly unknown quantity, as it is not feasible to tote up the entire set of people who this may be (The Dalai Lama, Stephen Hawking, SuperJoe's mom, that janitor in my dormitory who's always whistling off key, Larry Bird, and so forth -- but there are six billion people to work with, which is a little impractical...) So we must sample a small group of people. And sampling any random group of people, in my experience is likely to produce more unpleasant or uninteresting people than pleasant or interesting ones. (A lot of people, let me point out, are very stupid.) Also a lot of people who may be perfectly good, but don't speak English, making it impossible for me to understand them. In short, "someone who is not Mike park" is likely to be either an idiot, a villain, or unintelligible. So, Mike Park. I guess. All right, an easier one: hats or socks? Use any criteria you like, with one exception: the argument that saying something "rocks my hats" sounds really wrong is NOT VALID.--tmk
