What day is it? Thursday? okay, lets see...
So i wake up on Tuesday morning and my throat has swollen so much i can barely breathe, so we decide to take me to the hospital before the situation worsens and i... well, suffocate.
I wait for 45 minutes in a waiting room, and another 30 in an office before the doctor comes in and we decide to give me another mono blood test, checking for something he calls "monotonsilitis" which is basically a strain of tonsilitis which lasts for months. I swear i am not making this up.
Also, he hooks me up with all kinds of medications, some to stop the swelling, some painkillers, and some antibiotics.
I get the blood taken, like im not in enough pain as it is (i find out later i am now positive for mono), and a few hours later im about passed out on the couch from the pain when one of my parents brings my perscription home and i start poppin them pills.
And i just gotta say, them's fine pills.
It still hurts, but you know, its the happiest kind of hurt I've ever felt.
Anyway, so thats how I've been the last two days. Sadly, my motor skills have been hampered by these drugs, but my comic's level of craftsmanship has been under par ever since the beginning of this illness.
No apology for you on the craftsmanship, though, you comic monkeys gotta take what you can get. But that might just be the painkillers talking.
Um, so, how's everyone else feeling?
------------------
