i do the classic country thing lately. Cash, Horton, Williams, Robbins, Miller, Reeves and the like. I like some newer stuff like Pain, Cake, Southern Culture on the Skids, The Reverend Horton Heat, Bends-era Radiohead, older Dropkick Murphys, Flat Duo Jets, just about any rockabilly and some older rock like Creedence and Tom Petty.

I like rock. I don't like to complicate matters any more than that by defining genres. As long as it's rock-ish, there's a chance I'll enjoy it.<P>Mofo's introducing me to some pretty nice... I dunno what you'd call it. Electronica, I guess. And I like a little bit of rap. If it pleases me, I'll listen to it. And I never know what'll please me. I just know most of it's rock.<P>Guess I oughtta give examples...<P>Fu Manchu, Kyuss, Queens of the Stone Age (the holy trinity), Unida, Nebula, Atomic Bitchwax, Masters of Reality, Monster Magnet, The Melvins, Clutch, Helmet, Nirvana, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, Screaming Trees, Korn, Rocket From the Crypt, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Pain, old Metallica, Type O Negative, Black Crowes, Beastie Boys, Gorillaz, Danzig, The Cult, Jane's Addiction, Tool, APC, The Doors, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath... and I'm sure there are some I'm forgetting, but this is boring me.

the heavier the better, lead, thats a pretty heavy metal.
sure, i like other stuff as well, eg U2, Something for Kate, R.E.M., Live, AC DC, but heavy metal is first and foremost on my list

generally if it's not aussie music, i'm over it. i'm still heavily into tool, faith no more, shit like that.. but the majority of my poison is aussie these days.. something for kate, augie march, motorace, loki, pretty violet stain, the avalanches, not from there, wicked beat sound system, regurgitator.. that kinda shit<P>i've always been a big wrap for electronica, i just *have* fuck all of it
