Yeah, the Feldo's Rants for the 10th of June will be delayed. There is a variety of reasons for this.1. I have nothing funny for Feldo to say. I should call him and get him to give me a lecture on something2. I'm not in the mood. This is just a temporary thing, and as most of you who read my livejournal know, it's linked to the "fun" night I had last night. This is not a mood that should put IHTBTS on haitus or anything. I CAN'T put IHTBTS on Hiatus this week even if my spleen was removed (though I hope Forsberg plays it smart and avoids Game 7 tonight) for reasons that will be seen on Tuesday.3. I'm going out. I need to get rid of the "oldness" that I'm feeling right now. I need to be a bit irresponsible, and damnit, I need something cold to eat/drink after working 10 hours in the sun (though I have a very nice tan now).4. Because I can. I don't mean this meanly or anything, but I can technically submit my Feldo's rants later. Who'll stop me? I mena, it's not like you can upload a guest Feldo's Rants (though if you WANT to do a Guest Feldo's Rants, or a Guest IHTBTS Saturday one-shot, feel free to email it to me at <A HREF="mailto:craft@ihtbts.com">craft@ihtbts.com</A> .5. Because while working today, I wrote a Wizard of Oz parody called Canadian Tire, the Musical, with such hit songs as "Follow the black rubber hose", and "We're off to customer service!" (scared anyone yet?)I apologize for my lack of professionalism (though if I was doing this professionally, I'd be paid, not have to work at Canadian Tire, and would have this strip done due to the fact work related exhaustion would be non-existant, so I should apologize for my abundance of Amatuerism). And I apologize for putting this in the Forum instead of on the main page, but due to my small (yet cozy and community like) readership, pretty much EVERYONE stops by the forum (except maybe Damonk, but he's Acadian and I've taken all his Keith's. I've still got to do that Jersy Shrine for Frioli... sheesh, it's hard now that they lost... and they don't have the conferences named like they used to.I'll have to do something for the Eastern Champion New Jersey Devils.And the comic was congrats to Bourque. The reason for the intelligence thing is because he never bothers to actually show anything with the other characters, essentially we're all there for window art in the "Carson Raycraft comic that used to be about my life but is just made up now show." So my character is pretty damn close, hence the falling for the donut under the cage trap, but everyone else has a huge personality that can be exploited (in comic form Carson, not in real life, you already exploit all of us somehow.) Holy crap...this is getting way to long and I"m beginning to break character, back to IHTBTS mode..

I mean, that Jon guy is such a boring loser. Never does anything fun.
And Scott? What's up with him?
Don't get me started on Feldcamp either. Boy, he has NO sense of humour.
And Murray? Nothing exciting EVER happens to him. Oh, and if anyone was unable to pick up on the fact this complete post, so far, was a joke, I'm telling you now.And I also noticed the fictionalization occure about the time of my return to North Bay. Coincidence?As for exploiting the other characters, you should remember we're only a few storylines into IHTBTS (since hcanging from the one shots). Carson's really well developed, as he's the easiest to write for. I've tried to establish Scott as the guy who somehow manages to keep a good grip on life. I'm trying hard to capture Feldo's goofiness, but it's rather difficult. I may have cast Mike in a bit of a negative light in the whole "Cannibal Hick" story, as a bit sneaky and cowardly. Jon is about the only major player (other then the mostly absent Carl) that I've done a really poor job in actually giving a personality to. He seems to sit their and take shots at people, or make one-liner jokes (Hmm... maybe that is Jon...) But fear not, some new (well, sorta) characters will be appearing soon (including one who has always been great fun to write for).I guess I mean to say, It's my comic, I can do what I want.
