Heh nice! Now if I saw anything like that..I would run like hell OUT of that house fast. Faster then if I was in the middle of an artillery attack.

Well, with the knowledge of a Jack reader, I'd probably stay just where I am, because running won't work anyway.
And even without that, I would stay as well. Things that scare me also fascinate me. I can't run away from something I'm afraid of...I have to stay and examine it.

you know what though? there is never any technology in heven or hell it seems, i mean i'm not saying you need it being dead but you notice no one ever carriers any guns or chain saws. simple blades like swords or daggers seem to be the exstent of weaponary in the afterlife. (There goes my chances of having high speed unshared bandwidth internet connection in heaven) not to complain or anything but this girl is trembling pretty bad, i mean yeah this is a freak out factor of 8 but how come none of dave's girls knows like self defence or martial arts? hehe...

running is not much of a choice, where are you gona run anyways? its hell all over. between what we seen so far on what lurking out there i'd stick to the shadow figure with a knife. i'm curios to see why this nuaghty one is in the land down under? oh sure they look cute and innocent but we all know why they are there.

oh and btw, it can NOT be the future. you notice within the mirror the figure is hiding behind the boxes as he stalks her, if she is 'unpacking' the boxes those will not be there in the future. unless its about to happen in 10 minutes.

and the only entrance to the room we know is where she came in.

Unless the room is a storage room like an attic or closet space. One word, not even spoken or intended to have any meaning, in three pages. We still have no idea what is going on and cannot even guess whether were still in Kansas or not.

Considering she keeps seeing this freaky sin from hell in the mirror, she seems relatively calm. In the last panel of today's comic, she's just looking at the electrical outlet again minus the shocked expression fron the panel before.

And what's up with that outlet anyhow?? Why is she so transfixed on it?!

I don't think she is fixed on the poweroutage, but on the spot where she spotted the creature (kane, another sin, the loaner, etc.)

Maybe the mirrior shows the future? Maybe it is a portal that shows scenes from another world/time epoch? Maybe she's on some drug?
Time will tell.

Hmm...what if the mirror shows the 'spirit world'? I mean that place between life and death where souls hang out until Jack comes to collect them. It's already established (by the 'All work and no play' arc) that events in the 'real' and 'spirit' world can influence each other.

Not an alternative world, but just the dead. Think about it, vampires are invisible if they walk by a mirror, so why can't an invisible ghost be visible by this certain mirror?

Hum! my best bet is that it just shows the dead and nothing more.
