Hawk of Navarre, from Seiken Densetsu 3. The game was never released in the US, but if it had been it would have probably been called 'Secret of Mana 2', since Seiken Densetsu 2 was 'Secret of Mana' (and SD 1 was 'Final Fantasy Adventure' on the GB, for some odd reason).
You can usually find a translated ROM to download for the SNES emulator of your choice within a few minutes.
