Pride, I Presume?
IMHO, looks like Envy to me. Sounds like he/she's obsessed with beauty, though is ugly as sin (pun intended)... and sounds like he/she rips the skin off his/her victims in order to steal their good looks. Pride wouldn't do that, Pride would see themselves better than anyone else, without the need to steal their looks.. delusions of granduer, and all that.

I tell ya its just not fair, not a friggen scratch on central. of course what was i exspecting from a sin called bob and lisa. LOL...
I'm also confused as all heck, if central had a thing that she needed silver to do why not just wait intill tomorow?
no offence but she IS in hell, bob/lisa and the guy who looks like yoda in todays strip are just doing their job. why are the people upstairs messing with the lower management so to speak? it just ain't good for busniess!
anyways, score anouther one for the good guys.. (good, but annoying if you ask me) the only significant thing that silverblue has done today that seems to be different than any other day (i like the time stamps, giving it a mundane feel) is help Fnar deliver that letter to that other cute girl that got the shaft in her second life to boot and is drips chew toy. Maybe central wants to know whats up with that...but then, she could have just talked to the person who the letter was delivered to. I also hope we go back to john here at sometime, i find it rather curios to even bring him up in this bit anyways if where just gona leave em hanging. Of course Jack is doing some very unuasal things (helping) those in hell he feel shouldn't be there and maybe they got a problem with that...eh.
fridays comic will be most interesting i suppose because silvers going to say.
"Thanks for saveing my skin.." LOL, i can see that pun amile away.
then hopefully we get some details on what the angels are up to today besides getting a little work out.

Personally, I'm kind of hoping it isn't envy. While it's actually a REALLY good portrayal of what I think Envy might be like - Kind of pathetic and yet really, really dangerous - It'll make my fanfic a little non-canon. But, what the hell.
By the way, I'm almost finished with the first chapter - I'll post it on here when it's finished. You can nitpick it to death.

Just my thoughts on this one...
If indeed this new Sin is Envy, which with this post I am assuming it is, for simplicity's sake ( ), I'm leaning towards saying this new Sin is female.. was probably one of the anorexic type in life, wears a lot of makeup, and was never a major player in society, always wishing she were higher up on the social ladders, and envying those at the top to an extreme degree. But no matter how much she achieved, there were always people better than her, and this caused her to grow more and more frustrated.. but, of course, I have no idea what's on Dave's mind, he's thrown so many plot twists at us, I could be leagues off.
Central does have a scratch, showed that in yesterday's comic.. Lisa took a swipe at her, caught her leg.
As for Central helping out a damned soul, this one's got me too.. but a thought occurred to me this morning while in Visual Basic class (go figure): Maybe, just maybe, Silverblue and Central knew each other or were friends in life. Just a thought.. so Central is sort of looking out for Silverblue, perhaps, still feeling for her even though she may have done bad things in life. Silver doesn't seem to remember, if so. I had a lot more than this, but for the sake of brevity, and making a fool out of myself in case I'm way far off, I'll keep that to myself.
And also, Merlark, it depends on what you consider 'significant'.

I don't think that's Central; at least that's not the Central which dictates the conflict between logic and feelings. Besides, when did Central give up the white, collared shirt? I've noticed that most of the dead have a very limited wardrobe.

I'm also making the assumption that Central is the angel in charge of keeping the Sins under control. Hence she being the one Jack spoke to , her intervention here , and so on.
I'm also going to push forward a hypothesis that the sins want something from Silver , other than just normal sin stuff. Hence Central spending the effort to protect her.
