this comic post came out before i began reading...the one about General Patrick Middenhoffenpock when he got burned

Looks: Tall and well-developed, in a light yellow torn shirt. Third-degree burns on 74% of his body. Black leather jacket and trousers. Fez.

what i was wondering was y only 74%?? and what happened to the other 26%?? where was he not burned?? if this has already been asked...sorry! and if this is like a secret to the plot...oops!!!

Well, if you're caught in an explosion it'd be very difficult to burn every single bit of body. Some areas would be protected, like the inner thighs, or the insides of the nostrils. 74% is a nice figure.
