Hentai is pornography in the cartoon style of anime/manga, made by those naughty Japanese. A hentai game is a game based on hentai. As far as I can make out from various reviews and Yahtzee's occasional lust-induced ramblings over MSN Messenger, the object of a hentai game is to pick one of three choices, like those Jackson/Livingston Fighting Fantasy books, and then get to the next screen to make another choice, and so on, until the cartoon girls take off their clothes and have sex with a partially-obscured cartoon man who, despite evidence to the contrary, the game insists is you.
