They're pretty quick at getting back to you. I emailed once complaining about petty things and threatening suicide and three different people responded, and rather quickly.

Ok, I'm sorry that the comic isn't updating at the moment....seems Keenspace autoupdate has once again screwed me over....check back tomorrow. If it isn't up by 9 am, I'll hack my own site to bring you comic goodness.------------------
