Fourth wall going back up

Post by GreatLimmick »

On one hand, I always enjoyed the fourth-wall-down portions of UH1. On the other hand, nothing interesting really seemed to be happening this time. And on the gripping hand, I'd like to get back to the story-- maybe a part of it that I actually understand.

I voted for myself because you really do NOT want to know how far in the plots in my head go...

I voted the second option. Now, NORMALLY I'd go with 1 for most comics.. but I've talked to you guys :p. Besides, Allan, when it comes to overthinking plot lines, I've got a whole trilogy stuck up in my head, with no real way to get it out on paper (because I can't write worth a damn, sigh.). So at least you get a chance to deplete yours.

I'm not a visual artist but a musician. I make most of my music by improvisation, often worked a bit from that.

I am in worse condition than a plot ridden dork. I have so many of my musical ideas crammed in my head I should wear a hat maybe one that says 'musical dork'?. Will i ever achieve the Ivor Cutler cover songs with the banjo?
who knows...

Oh, did I mention I have an epic multi-volume series of graphic novels crammed up in my head, which has a roughly 10% chance of actually getting out.

But damn does it burn. Ooo, does it BURN...

Shame someone can't invent a machine that taps into your brainwaves and draws these things out as you imagine them.

That's why you should wear goggles.

Allan i have write books in my head most of which will never get out. right now for the fun of it it i'm writing about 8 short stories currently smallest of which is about 15 pages long and the longer of my current ones is over 50. pages(57 last check) non of these have any chance of making it to the publisher but if they were to be tune into web comics any of them would bee 2 to 3 years of script material by themselves. on top of that i study and discuss this that have no value to me past that the peek my interest for a time. i have compared ancient theology with contemporary rap music and the beliefs of communal genetic memory and ethereal energy connecting all life.

while it's true i've found no one to discuss magic spell verse computer programs, chemical sutures and harmonic frequencies and effects of how theses thing may interact. (if you've watched outlawstar then you've hear of a caster) to produce a caster sty weapon but creating programmable matter that will reaction like magic when stimulation correctly by a weapon.. ah well it's 330 am here and I'm rambling with poorly spelled grace. the spell checker is likely to take me half an hour to run as i can hardly see at the moment so see you all later.

ps. also Allen you seem to be out voted wit an current ratio of 2 to 1.

If i can just make one last comment here; thank goodness so much of this material stays in our heads.

The resultant flood of artistic output would overwhelm us all. Never mind what would happen to the internet and it's file sharing sites. %)

indeed it would be like that dream i had when i became lost in an infinite library. the porn section also was staggering but what really me was the graphic novles. any and every series I've ever heard of and some i didn't know of. all for free all for me ( and anyone else that came but i didn't care about them) i used to have that dream a lot before i discovered the internet.

Last count on creative detail for me went something like this:

Novels: 7 ideas

Short stories/novellas: 18 ideas

Comics: 2 projects

Drawing: Too damn many to count.

Problem being, I can't draw worth crap.
