In response to Cinni, and actually getting my first toy...here's a review I posted to a private group in my LJ...let me know what you think. My first review of this particular type.
***Start***
Well, recently I just got my paws on my first real toy. Some of you might not realize I had lacked one until now. Let me just say in response that I don't call myself the MacGuyver of Masturbation for nothing.
Anyway, the toy in question is a lovely Kit Fox toy from Zeta Creations...and I shall now do my best to give a review of the toy or a recap of the situation, or whatever. My current model is a glow turqoise with vibrating egg attachment. The color is slighlty transperant and prettier than one would suspect. I have no idea of the glow properties, since I've never been able to make anything that "glows in the dark" do so. In most cases, I prefer a more natural coloring...but as it stands, it could be a pretty good test of affection. To quote a comedian whose name I forget, "You gotta really love someone to come at them with a purple dick."
Anyway, the toy was somewhat softer than I had anticipated (Medium Hardness), but still worked quite well for my purposes and I get the feeling anything too much harder might not be flexible in the cases it needs to be. The tip of the toy is a mostly broad flat head, at about a 45 degree angle. This makes initial penetration a bit tricky, but gives it a wonderful feeling. The shaft is not especially thick, but gives a good feeling of being filled.
The toy's major claim to fame, is of course, the canid inspired knot near the base of it. The knot is roughly triangle shaped and about twice as wide as the shaft. In my intitial test of the toy, I could not, despite a long play seission and many tries, take this knot. (I had great fun and pleasure attempting it though.) It was a combination of two factors: the width and shape of the knot itself, and the difficulty I had of finding someplace for the shaft already inside me to go. This will require two things to fix: some research, and possibly more exploration of the area, and of course...practice. The research will be the vexing part. I know of a female sexuality site, but I have no knowledge of any male sexuality sites. Plus the information I require is on taking anal penetration, which to most people (in this country) is a decidedly unmale and macho thing. I don't follow the mainstream opinion there, but I must be aware that it exists and may make research difficult.
The vibrating egg addition to the toy is contained within the large base. it's ability to vibrate the shaft is minimal, and I have to believe that this particular part of the toy will demonstrate its usefulness once I am able to take the knot. The knot is a good large section very close to said vibrator...I think it will provide very interesting stimulation.
Overall, the toy is a lot of fun...but in hindsight, is definately not a beginner toy. This is for the more advanced person, who has had some practice with other toys in the past.
It's a good value I think. Anyway...I'll open the floor to questions. This is the first review of this type I ever made, and am not entirely sure what else, if anything, should be included.
