As to Furries, I think the general concensus is that if WE had to deal with no fur and those butt-ugly mutated chimp mugs you got stuck with, we'd be Furries too.

Pierce will not be attending, obviously. Rhonda might, but the thought of that sends even me under the floorboards. I shant speak of what it does to her other father.

Dear Saundra: (from Shakal)
Your reply to Gregor made me wonder about your time portal device. When it's in use, and an object (such as a furre) passes through, how evenly does the rest of the timeline move with such a transfer. To use a specific example of what I mean, when Rhonda went back into time to try to creep out Jake, and then returned (assuming her trip was 5 minutes) did she return back to her "home" time 5 minutes from departure, or at the same time from whnce she first left? Or if the flow of time is less consistant, is it possible for her to spend 5 minutes in the 'old' time, and return to find that 10 minutes has passed to her five, or only two or three?
Dear Saundra: (from Jarylan via satellitephone)
How many Saundras have ever gathered together in one place? We already have an idea of how many volairs have congregated, and I certaintly am not implying that Saundras might congregate for the same reason. But what kind of thing might bring multiples of, well, you together, and how many have gotten together at a time?
Dear Volair: (Back to Shakal)
When you leave for you... ahem... weekly get togethers, do you tend to leave FROM multiple days (thus making Monday Volair, Tuesday Volair, etc)... or is it something you do before/after the party, thus making it a party you get to live four times right in a row?
Oh, and if I were in your position, I would take it as flattery.
