[OT] What are you thankful for?

Post by The_Fox »

Well, I'm sure not everyone on the board celebrates Thanksgiving, but fortunately it's not necessary to celebrate to be thankful for things. What are you all thankful for?

I'm thankful for my friends. I'm thankful for my continuing education. I'm thankful for the chances to travel I've had in my short life, for the chances to see other countries and how the people there live and work. I'm thankful for all the good fortune that seems to come my way (The vaunted "Luck of the Fox"). I'm thankful for the chance to be able to travel and see all my far away friends this summer. I'm thankful for the ability to breathe freely, after years of asthma. I'm thankful I'm not blind (A doctor once told me I'd be blind at 18, I'm now 20 and see about as well as I did then.) I'm thankful to be alive. I'm thankful for snow and rain, and sunsets. Happy holidays all! *hugs Reptilian Pysche*

I'm thankful for a lot of things. One thing I'm particularly thankful for, is that my family is the sort that, even when they disagree with a lot of things I do...or people...or disagree with my views on certain matters...they still love me and talk to me and invite me over for Thanksgiving dinner.

I disagree with my family on some issues. But they are my family and I love them. *hugs to all*

I'm thankful for my opposable thumbs, without which I'd probably have become a total slut by now.

Don't give me ideas. You need those thumbs for other things too.
