I'm eating grilled onions right now. It's a very aquired taste. Also, I think I spelled that wrong.
you spelled onions right in that one
The spelling mistake was acquired; although you were probably making a joke and now i look stupid...

Umlaut House is my top comic but the Fur Will Fly message board is my top forum, because I Moderate it :D and everyone likes to get egotistical and play God every now and again.

I'm sure Detial Bear will be along with your Plushie soon...
His name is Detail, not Detial. *giggle*

And where was the spelling mistake acquired from? ;) (I am joking around here; I am aware of which word was misspelled!)

Ah, but are you aware of your grammar error?

"And from where was the spelling mistake acquired?"

is more correct, although technically

"From where was the spelling mistake acquired?"

is the most correct form of that sentence, although I think modern grammarians are more than half likely to let these errors slide.

That's what "Black & White" is for. :P

Whew, I was seriously afraid someone was gonna say that before me. But I know you were all thinking it.

Welcome to the forum, RandomBunny! We're all very glad to see you here. Here is your virtual Volair plushie. Don't feed it after dark and keep it out of the water.

And Allan has already recorded his admiration/envy of EGS, so you're in a good place. Hope Dan get through his projects soon and gets back on track.

A computer game where you literally play God. It sounds more fun than it is due to poor controls. Good graphics and concept though.

Fox - I have the game...and the novelty wore off in about a day.

Yes, I was aware. I considered correcting it, but then thought to myself: "Eh."

For me, the novelty didn't so much wear off, as become offset by the frustrating nature of having a computer that ran it about 4 frames per second. ;_;

To hijack the thread again, you're not missing much. Being a god is fun, but they give you a creature, which is AI controlled, is supposed to "learn". I spent several hours trying to teach it to gather wood. It never learned. It also had a knack for wrecking things, and eatting villagers. Especially important quest villagers I need to stay alive. I became very disgruntled. Add to that that casting Miracles required very precise mouse movements, which is really hard in a hurry, and you have a game which is difficult to get into. I suppose if you have the patience of Bhudda, you'd enjoy it. But I don't mind saying that my patience, although formiddable, falls short of the Bhudda.

Fox - I'm done hijacking this thread. I swear!

Her's a intro for me cause I was told I should do one? Thanks for listening.
Name: Zavion Srath
Furry: Moderate.
Species: Shii Gonite (I would be considered 'furry' because a lot of my characters have fur, but, they're not anthro. Like they're not humanoid cats or foxes ect. So take it as you will. I like furry pretty much, but I don't consider myself a true 'furry'.)
Kinky things: Whatever I was asked to do. ^_~
Fetishy things: Nothing really, other than I would really like to have a tail (in real life). I don't know if that counts. I'm more of a 'please the other person first, then get yourself second' kinda person.
Music: Ozzy, Video Game.
Love interests: This might sound corney, but I tend to like people more for how they think or act than what they look like. Just would like to find someone similar to myself with more self confidance.
Occupation: Whee!
Art: above average, but not good. tell me what *you* think? zavion.deviantart.com
D&D alignment: lawful neutral (regarding 'law' as D&D does, not like USA laws)
Games, movies: FF6, Megaman (and X series), Chrono Trigger, Silent Hill Series, Clocktower Series, Eternal Darkness, stuff like that, I don't remember. I like DBZ and Yu Yu Hakusho and other stuff I can't think of.
Pet peeves: Zealous people, mean people, kiddy funny things (like Newgrouns stuff usually).
Other: Rant/Bipolar?
Thanks. If anyone else wants to add to this questionare do so cause I didn't know what to put so I stole someone else's post and changed the anwsers (don't hate me!).
I don't like signatures, so I'm not making one.

Hi Zav ^_^

Welcome to the UH forum, I'm sure DB will get to you in a day or so, provided his computer's working and he's still frequenting the forum on a daily basis...

Anyways, good to see you Zav!

A note to the other forumites, Zav is a character in the same "universe" Cyril's in.. They're actually good friends.

(My apologies to Zavion. I've been on vacation and a member of a wedding party this week.)

As forum welcomer, I present to you the official Virtual Volair Plushie, and big, friendly HUGS.

Welcome to the forum! I see you've already made yourself at home.

I'm Back! :)

Post by Micro_Fur »

This past month has been a hell of a time for me. Andrick, I don't know why but your denial response made me realize that I have been in denial about myself, so in a way thankyou for waking me up to who I REALLY am.

Real Name: J O Marquez
Birthdate: June 2nd, 1982AD
Height: 74 inches
Weight: 185 +- 5 lbs. (just a slight gut but not thin)
Nationality: Hispanic, but some people where I work often think I look Armenian or something to that effect.
Aliases: sivalley, freejinx13, partsminer, twaintwunk, hentaininja, and the most bizzare of them all: Acid Reboot 1024
Furry Name: Mitch Fourier Mathews
Species:North American pine marten (Think house cat sized ferret)
Furry: Obviously, and in more ways than one :(
Sex: YES, Please! But really get more out of snuggles and deep coversation
Gender:Male
Kinsey: Somewhere between Phi and e (Couldn't get the character map to copy the correct greek letter, but it's supposed to be the symbol for the golden ratio)
SO:After much self searching and overcoming fear induced denial I have finaly admitted to myself that I am in fact Bi.
Kinks/fetishes: Willing to try anything once, except for the nasty stuff. YKWIM
Music: Just about anything but modern 'rap' and I do use the term loosely, but I listen mostly to 80's stuff.
Movies: Generaly stay away from anything that's based on an epic.(They usualy end up butchering most of them)
Games: 1st person shooters, stragedy games, and puzzles; lots of puzzles
Art: VERY rare, I tend to be overly critical of myself as I have perfectionist tendancies, usualy landscpes in pencil but am breaking into portraits using anthropomorphic characters
DND: Do Not Disturb?! wha. . . oh, sorry not a player
Wait: Two words: Frame Relay
Hobbies:Electronic prototyping and repair (My current projet started on a dare to use only logic gates and NIXIE tubes, Detail Bear might remember them you should ask him about them Allan), EVERYTHING computers (I have seen some of the most archaic and cutting edge equipment to grace this side of the earth), and of course FURRIES!!!
Volair: My hero! *SMOOCH*
Pet peeves: Anything Micro$oft (Bwuah, ha,ha, ha, it took me two years to do it, but I finalty ported everything on my system to run under UNIX!), intolerant people, circular references, and the dreaded 404
Other: slow typist, tendency to ramble, perfectionist, manic depressive, to quote Queen 'one card short of a full deck'
Employment: Uncle Sam (Please dont tell him about any of the interesting tidbits above)

Well there you have it folks, friends I had told me how hard it was for them to come out, now here I am doing the same with a semi-anonymous group. I guess it's a start.
You REALLY want me to go into greater detail about anything PM me.

Welcome, and don't worry, being out of denial is a good thing. You'll be much happier in the long run I suspect. Too bad we can't chalk this up to Volair though, last I heard Allen was keeping track of how many kinseys he'd tweaked. Or maybe that was just Allen musing over how many...

Either way, I'm rambling in a random fashion. Welcome to the place. Did DetailBear already get you the forum gift?

Aw, come on Allan, RPN ain't THAT bad. It took me all of three months to figure out how to use the damn thing, but I refuse to go back to anything else, heck I even started using an emulator on anything I owned that would suport one.

<< 1 10 START
128 RAND * 64 RAND *
"Kill. . . " 2 ->GROB
PICT XOR .5 WAIT
CLEAR NEXT
1 3 START
10000 100 FOR Z
Z .125 BEEP STEP -10
NEXT
1000 5 BEEP
0 0 "YOU ARE DEAD"
3 ->GROB PICT STO
>>

Yup, still remember system RPL, wasn't until recently I came across a Saturn compiler, now taking my massive programs and re-writing them in ML. Why? Because I'm bored, but must sleep now, gots to get up at 4AM. *sigh*
