If there is a Sabrina Online reference, it's purely subconscious, and if there's an Exploitation Now reference, it's a coincidence.

I don't know why, but the "Armchair world-domination enthusiasts" struck me as a Dr. Who reference, playing off Davros (one of the liast villanous great villans in Sci Fi history, I think. We only see him a few times ever, and only a few of THOSE times Either havok is not actively being wrought, or he isn't in control enough to stop it. Poor Davy)
