FURRY WEATHER MAN!! I see through your suit and tie!

Post by Allan_ecker »

The whether man on Q13 was showing the "dog day" pic of the day, which was a cute picture of a Rotwiler and a Tabby all snuggled up together, and he said "I always like it when you have the.. cats and dogs together and being friends instead of... fighting you know?"

The pauses, combined with the slight nervousness in his voice made it VERY clear to me that he is a closet furry! Yaaay!

"This city is about to face a disaster of biblical proportions."
"What do you mean, "biblical?"
"We mean real wrath-of-God type stuff. Plagues, darkness...", "The dead rising from the grave...", "Forty years of darkness! Earthquakes, volcanoes...", "Riots in the streets, dogs and cats living together, mass hysteria!"

I couldn't help it. It just popped in there.

Oh sure. Next thing you know, Rick's going to accidentally open a portal to another dimension, blow the top ten floors off a high-rise, and conjure up a 100-foot marshmallow entity. And this time, with mad-science-tech, not ghosts.

So Murphy's Law applies.

Interestingly, the reference I THOUGHT I was making was:

Though I wear a shirt and tie...
I'm still a Kitsune, deep inside...

FURRY MUCK PEOPLE!
FURRY MUCK TRIBE!
SO PROUD TO YIFF!
SO PROUD TO DIE!

*gets out the ancient musical instruments and starts belting out the very tribal "Valley of the Fallen Star" from the Final Fantasy VII soundtrack*

Erm...wrong song, eh? Hehe... *large anime sweatdrop effect*

So what replaces "my baby, she's a Chippewa... she's one of a kind."?

I typed this up in about five minutes, cut and paste from the original lyrics. Be very afraid.

[quote]They took the whole Furry fervor...
And put us on this cold old server...
Took away our pics of art...
The clean stuff and the spoogey part...

They took away our furry bods...
And thought we're just hyooman mods...
And all plushies we made by hand...
Are now anime from Japan...

FurryMUCK people!
FurryMUCK tribe!
So proud to yiff!
Too cute to die!

They took the whole of Furnation...
And our convention reservations...
But though I wear a shirt and tie...

Alfador wrote:(snip)But at the end, we see a businessman wearing a shirt and tie, duck through a hole in a wall and run to the center of a park clearing, shedding his clothes and transforming to his tanuki true form as he goes.
Well, I do that myself, except for the transforming part.

Boffo song, Alfy!

I was thinking that I should change the chorus to

So proud to yiff
too cute to die,

just becaues it fits the furry mindset better.

That IS better! I had been thinking that that part didn't quite fit.

So I edited it according to your suggestion.Image
