Uhgh... Homework... Amplifiers... Classes... Oooogh.. Lab, oh, the pain...
I haven't been posting much because the work load is rediculous at the moment. Don't worry about the strip, I've got you backlogged until late May.
Wooooooooooogh. Transmission lines!
Whee!
Hey, look! It's a three stage elliptical amplifier with band pass, high pass, and low pass outputs! Wheeeeeeeee!
Woa! Class time!
At least my professor watches Rocky Horror.
Hee hee hee...
Just so you know...

Argh!
couldn't remeber remember how filters worked,
then when I looked it up for a minute i thought L was reactance.
Should've stayed with avionics, but I thought M would be more challenging (I was a real wirehead back then, could've slept though avionics/electronics)
tho. has anyone seen that Vidal Sassoon commercial?

Well it is if your talking XL, Hampster. Band, lo & hi pass filters on the output of an amp? Is that possible without destroying signal fidelity, Allen?
"Computers and electronics: the way of the future!" I had a really bitter comment to this but you guys don't need to hear it.
No worries about the lack of your presence, Mr. Ecker. We should be able to amuse ourselves for a while. We'll just miss you s'all.

Yes, but you have to use feedback. You shouldn't just stick it on the output of the amp, but rather wrap it around the amp like a tootsie roll. (Biquad filters do all three functions, but you nead at least two opamps.) And L IS a reactance. L is positive reactance, C is negative reactance. On 2002-04-19 23:36, Andrick wrote:
