Why, thanks!
Calvin is kind of made from all the scraps of character that were left over after I made everyone else. He's the parts of me that aren't expressed in the four main cast members. (As such, his character isn't terribly extensive yet, which I should remedy at some point...)
Welcome aboard, Cheshire!

You know,
ever since Calvin showed up I keep having
visions of him saying;
C:uh, volair I'm flattered- but I'm straight
and Jake exchanges meaningful looks with Rick
who is cuddled on the couch in his lap.
Jake: You know, that's exactly what *I* said.
and then Calvin gets a wide eyed scared look
and
Leonard: *ick* they're doing it agin,
(with little hearts floating in from off screen)

I just had to get that in.
and this.
I love Big Teeth, Bad Breath!
Maybe it's the evil gay crossdressing fox.
"I have the brain of a criminal genius!

well, I'll see what I can do with MSpaint

I scan the comics at 300 dpi, which makes them approximately 3300 pixels across. I then put the text on and shrink the image, which *blends* the colors rather than pixelating them.
If you're struggling with MSPaint, try looking for free editing software on the internet. The Gimp is good (so I've heard), but it's also not optimised for Microsoft Windows but for Linux. (It *runs* on Windows, but nobody's putting a huge amount of effort into fixing bugs and stuff.)
And I'm sure Alfador is working all three of his tails off to get really good at producing high-quality fur art.

V: Well, ya got me.

V: *as Calvin falls backwards, he falls with him and on top of him*
V: Ooh...a bit fast, are we? I can deal with that. Mmrrr...
(The rest of the sequence being mercifully censored by a picture of a very distraught Leonard.)
------------------

I bought a Strathmore sketchbook! Now all my little experimental sketches can be in the same place! (Also, I'm taking an Animation class, so I literally HAVE to work at getting better.)
------------------
