That Gun - 15/11/2002
a) Just how many settings does it have?
b) Why hasn't anyone posted anything about the "Instant Orgasm" setting already?

It's not that I'm apathetic, it's that I'm ..... um .... OK, it's that I'm apathetic.

Actually, Fallwind, I think it proves that you do need a high tech gun.

No high tech gun needed, just one of these.Andrick wrote:Actually, Fallwind, I think it proves that you do need a high tech gun.

When used properly it will do the job better than a foot

Nah, this is just what I get for drawing a comic with a high level of iconic content and then including meaningless details. When something like 90% of the lines in a comic are there specifically to relay information, a detail that isn't there to relay information is liable to get interpreted as though it is.
Man, I must be reading too much Scott McCloud.

I don't know if that is really exclusive terrain, Allen. It is the same type of story elements but with visual instead of descriptive components. Largely because of the fact that the comic is episodic and continuing, it evolves as your skill improves; someone posting up a story by chapters would have a similar evolution and similar problems.
The only real way I can forsee avoiding such misunderstandings is to complete the comic in a massive, industrious effort and then peruse it from beginning to end with an eye to conforming artwork and story element consistancy before releasing it to the public in installments.
Examples of the two can be seen from the movie industry: Lucas' Star Wars movies embodies the former while Jackson's Lord of the Rings movies follow the latter.
Why would anyone have an "instant orgasm" setting on a lethal weapon. That would be really not a good idea for obvious reasons. "Oops! Sorry dear. I hit the wrong button. Maybe we can grow you a new one?"

Hmmm... good point. At times, just a noticibel erection can be pretty embaressing. having a full blown orgasm would be worse by degrees not yet fathomed...
