What is Clint doing

When Ian states the sympathy ordeal, she gets interested and moves towards Ian fast. Clint was right inbetween them, so I put his face there.When Ian states the fact he saw it, Lana gets so excited, that she pushes Clint down unconsciously.That's what he's doing.
