Did Clint and company just ditch him because he talks too much? That's pretty lame, but I guess his constant yammering would have distracted from the Sal/Lana dialogue, or maybe Josh felt it would have cluttered the panels to include Jim as well as Rob in the background.

I have a few reasons.Rob is pissed at Jim for giving him a hard time, so he left with Clint and Lana to cool off.Rob and Jim are friends. Clint/Lana and Jim are not. It would seem weird for Clint to invite Jim over to his restaurant.I want to develop Rob as a character. He's not really a ripoff of Silent Bob. However, Jim IS a ripoff of Jay, and using him very often would seem stupid.
