hey kiddies, it's really not about what's in those cardboard boxes... it's REALLY about rolling around on the floor playing with all the krinkley paper and ribonses after you open them there boxes... oh yea!

Merry Christmas to all!

And to all a Good...Morning?

Okay, Clement Moore, I'm not; but the sentiment is still the same. :)

And, Gloria? You definitely have some clout with someone higher up. In running through my list of webcomics this morning, Untitled has been the only Keenspace-served comic that has opened for me.

Er...do you think you can use some of that clout to hope for some decent driving weather for me on Saturday? I'm heading from Ohio over to Chicago; right along the Ohio/Indiana Turnpike. Which often has its 'dump snow on me' signs out at this time of year.

Thanks for all the great webcomics and the companionship of your message board *hugs*

A Merry/Happy/Good/Other Christmas/Xmas/"Red Suit Day"/Other to you all! We're just finished seasonal celebration 10 of 12 this year, and we're trying to work with agents to reduce the number of festive engagements next year to at most *four* down from 12. :)

12 days may work in song, but it gets real tiring IRL! :)

But we can't complain about how our friends and family have blessed us, so cheer on! :)

::points:: Hey! Nikka/Niquee's back! Again!

...and I got this totally serious looking set of Sushi knives for Christmas! I guess I see a trip to the fish market in my near future!

Image

As for holiday activities, I managed to catch the Nativity Play in Knaresborough's Market Square. Everyone owes it to themselves to visit this charming town on Christmas Eve to stand side-by-side with the local townsfolk and watch the Nativity Play, so you'll all know what truely bad acting is all about.

The high point of the Knaresborough holiday festivities of course, is the annual Boxing Day Tug-O-War between the Mother Shipton Inn and the Half Moon Pub across the river Nidd. Both the Men and Women's teams from the Half Moon won it this year.

Happy Holidays everyone and a prosperous New Year!

Woooo, christmas... The lead up always gets me down, but once christmas has been and gone it all lifts up again!

I got a 1/6th scale Waffen SS 1943 Western Front Action Figure! With posable fingers, a little map, a wound badge second class, correct pattern Pea Camo trousers, Tunic and smock, an MP44, and all the correct details to boot! Squeee! ^.^

And a 1/12 scale BMW R-75 with side-car model kit, that'll give me something to do for the next nine months at least!

Also a vibrating cushion that isn't as bad as it sounds! It's got a small sub woofa inside and coupled with Battlefield 1942 those Tiger Tanks feel lovely. Not to mention Omaha beach with all the artillery rumbling down your spine! Hurrah for getting pressies even when you don't want any! ^.^
