i uhm, dont get it.

Uhm.. it's kind of a bad pun. Misha is says 'we will cross that bridge when we get to it', but the entire problem is that there is no bridge. Xe giggles at the irony.

Actually, I believe the joke is thus:

Misha is pointing to a bridge that they will cross after they arrive at it. He doesn't realize he's using a rhetorical American phrase "we'll cross that bridge when we come to it" hence Xe's snickering.
