Weekend updates...

I wrote a really long post as reply to the Nov. 4 (yes?) topic, and it ended with my saying that today's comic wouldn't be. Obviously, that didn't post. Evil UBB.<P>And now, because of my largely unplanned (or at the very least, longer than expected) visit to town after school today, to get Christmas gifts, tomorrow's (Sunday's) comic will likely be either late or cancelled. I promise there'll be an update Monday, either case, though. And the week after next, there's likely to be a lot of strips, since I have (probably) Wednesday off, and thus save the hours between seven and half past four or so, when I should have been in school. Our new schedule is evil.<P>I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, but rest assured there will be new strips, well, soon.<P>

Can't see the title of this thread without thinking of <I>Saturday Night Live</I>, Dennis Miller, et seq. (dunno who's been hosting that segment recently, recently meaning, well, not very recently at all... though I have seen the show in the last 4 years or so...)<P>If this makes no sense to the reader, my sincerest apologies ... just an obscure reference to an odd segment of a New York-based weekend humor show that "rumor has it" hasn't been funny in ages anyhow (sigh)...<P>(Was good when it was good, though.)<P>-Eric Schissel
