Ah. *hrm*

Netscape has the advantage that it doesn't forgive half of what IE does, and the disadvantage that when you give it a pixel width for a table, it's about 75% of what the width will be in IE. Thus, the PH front page may or may not look icky when using Netscape, I do not have it, I do not know.

I've looked at the front page in Netscape Communicator and a Mac-specific browser called iCab Preview. There are differences (the groups of left-hand buttons have spaces between them in Netscape, is the primary difference, and it takes somewhat longer to load) but I'd say it looks fine in both.

Imformative was what I was aiming for. The disturbing just happened to be there.
...
Hope it helps to at least partially understand his motivations, especially to a few future events.

So far, probably yes, though I'd have to think a while if I wanted to be more specific than that...

*snicker* Important reason not to: This thread wouldn't grow as fast!
That outfit would just be some non-fancy robe, since 'Rose was more planning on not standing arguing with a ghost ("and a stupid ghost at that") in his underwear, than to acctually go anywhere.

I'm going to have to... I have serious trouble actually believing Irooz is unintelligent, but at the moment she's neither acting particularly intelligent nor particularly wise. I am attempting to be sympathetic given that she is facing her murderer, given that she is in an unfamiliar place and an unfamiliar time, that she is largely not among friends, and that she has almost none of the abilities she had for a good deal of her life, but there might be something to be said for standing still and going through her options (walking away not being one of them, since Nequii is holding the amber, I realize...)

quote:

Irooz has, indeed, gone through a lot, but she's not seen Shadowrose work magic since a pretty stupid, almost fatal arcane duel with the honoured Sah'togar. She's lucky Sah' stopped her from intervening, or 'Rose may well have drained also her shamanic Gift. And an assassin that is also a shaman... Scary concept.
As for the blocking of mage-powers... A comment of Kit's left a clue somewhere along the line, a bit after his suicide attempt...

I was surprised to see Kit that once, since I was practically sure he was with the group that went with Sah'. Perhaps because he had been talking with Krizz about it...
(EDIT: And one further thought...
At the time, all Irooz had to lose, perhaps, was her shamanistic abilities. Right now, it seems to me possible that a ghost can be, if not permanently - made incoherent (I was about to say discorporated but realized the incoherency of the statement; though of course if the amber were to be broken... hrm- I wasn't thinking of that, actually) then at least, seriously and lengthily inconvenienced, and Irooz has serious cause to consider for her for-want-of-a-better-word second-life. I might be very mistaken but then... she is antagonizing him on his home ground... end EDIT.)

Hmm... Perhaps I read too much between the lines of Shadow's and 'Rooz's conversation...
Knotty, and unspoken. Why surely, you should have become a cartoonist, finding and following these tiny lines of... Something.

Cartoonist? I can't draw an out-of-control scribble (forget a straight line *g*,) my writing skills are schlecht oder schlechter...
But... I appreciate the thought. (2nd EDIT: and yes, I do appreciate the pun... for I can read between the lines, sketchily. *g* )
