CSS layout in dailytemplate and indextemplate?

I'm starting on the design of my site, and I would like to use a CSS-based layout. It's easier for me, and I find I can update the site faster this way.

Can this be done with Comic Genesis's setup? Does anybody have any examples/tutorials on this?
