The signup form has said this for about a month now. Did I miss something? There isn't some secret button or anything is there? Or am I just stupid? Anyway I have a comic ready, assuming you can take it so please tell me what to do. (or when you will be ready for new applications, to give me some idea of how much time to spend on my stuff)

Um, this was supposed to be fixed. It was originally put up because the server's hard drive was full and such, but it was quickly decided that applications would continue to be accepted and be allowed to pile up, as usual

Okay, I'll just sit tight for a while then. You should be aware, the "not accepting" tagline isn't all. The submit button isn't there too.
