I'd have to day worst fear woudl be drowning in pitch black while being slowly chewed on by a cold, slimy giant monster rather like the Loch Ness Monster with tentacles that I can just barely make out in black water, but I can see the outline, which alone would like cause impromptu bowel movements on my part.
