Well, we know how Ryan feels about GeeKeR, (I really liked Noah.), so what kinda past-tense cartoon would everyone else like to see revived?
I am WAY too big a cartoon maniac to post my list here. I'd get carpal tunnel.
I will just give a small taste of my space faves:
I miss Galaxy High, Captain Simian and the Space Monkeys, and the Herculoids.
(And even tho' it twas an apocalypse toon and not a space toon, I also miss Thundarr the Barbarian.)
Howzabout youze?

The other Two, I never even heard of. If you have any links to contribution sites, I'll gladly check 'em out.
Here's my list of cartoons I miss:
"Duckman", although it's on Comedy central late night Sunday.
"Gravedale High", back before Rick Moranis ruined his career by being in the Flintstons movie.
"TMNT", sure it was faddy, but it beats the shit out of any Pokemon or Power Ranger, plus I was 8 when I was into them, come on.
"Ren & Stimpy", There'd be no Rocko or Sponge Bob without these guys. When Spumco was doing them, they were the best cartoons ever, but when Nick took over, they were the worst ever.
"Beavis & Butt-Head", they were milestones in rude cartoons, I hated to see those loveable idiots go.
The "Super Mario" Series, I was always a Super Mario fan, even as a kid. I practically grew up with Mario.
"Captain N", sure it was lame, but when you were a nintendo fan as young as I was then, it was still a treaure to see Simon Belmont, Kid Icarus, and Mega Man fighting Mother Brain and King Hippo.
"Freakazoid", the ONLY good present-day cartoon WB produced, and they canned it. I despise WB.
"Earthworm Jim", Why? Why did he have to go?
"ReBoot", is that still on the air?
"Bump in the Night", Mr. Bumpy beat Gumby's green ass when it came to clay, the reason it started to suck was because they made it with less cartoons and more lame "Music Videos", that was a bad move on their part.
"Muppet Babies", okay, so I don't really miss them, but I always used to watch them. God, the Muppets suck now that Henson croaked...
"Pee-Wee's Playhouse", Okay, it's not animated, but Pee-Wee was a human cartoon if you ever saw one. God did he screw up.
"The Amazing Live Sea Monkeys", not animated either, but man, was it zany.
"A Pup Named Scooby-Doo", it may have been tiny-toony, but at least there was no Scrappy.
I'm sure I missed a few, but I can't remember them at the moment.
I hope you're happy, Phoenix, you got me crying now.

but.. A Pup Named Scooby Doo? Are you sure you're sane, man? I mean, you could tolerate the original scooby, only cuz it had that trippy 60's music during the chases, but the kidified version? come on!
-Gil

Ah, I know what old cartton(s) I want back. The old WB lineup. (Ya know, bugs, tweety, n' all them other fun'ens?) Not the stupid roles they have them in now... I mean, c'mon have you guys seen the last BB cartoon made in 10 years? He made Direct references to the fact that he WAS A CARTOON! all the ones that've starred the looney tunes line-up, the've been cartton mentors and shit! WTF IS UP WITH THAT!? oh well... cya!
-Gil
------------------

Lemme refresh your memory, ther ewas one where Simon had amnesia and he was trying to figure out who he was, and he thought he was Donkey Kong Jr., and ended up picking giant lice out of DK's hair.
There was also the one where Kevin was sent home, or so he thought, and the thought-to-be-defeated Mother Brain attacked the Video Game world.
There was the one where King Hippo got a Magic Lamp, and kicked Mother Brian out of Metriod and turned it into "Hippozoid". I think it was also the one where Kid Icarus wished he was taller, and ended up being turned into a giant.
There was the one where Kevin got sick and they were miniaturized and did a "Fantastic Voyage"-type deal where they met a green Keving that was his Immune system or something.
There was also the one where Kevin and Mega Man were arguing over whose dog was more talented, Duke or Rush.
The one where Game Boy, Donkey Kong, and Mother Brain had a 3-way Brain/Body switch.
There was one what was kind of a Zelda-cross-over, where Kevin teamed up with Link.
Damn, now I need to find a Captain N tribute page.

The Cartoons I wanna see again are as follows:
Count Duckula [Vegetarian vampire...oh baby! And I want one of those time travel coffins too!]
Dangermouse ["He's the fastest, he's the strongest, he's the best!!"]
The Real Ghostbusters [HOW could you guys ever forget this?!? I LOVED this show, and still do! It was funny, entertaining, and at such a young and tender age as I was then it actually sent chills up my spine once in a while!]
TMNT [Yeah, they kidified the original concept all thw way to hell, but it STILL kicked butt, by gum!]
Thundercats [Everybody sing along with me! "Thundercats are on the move, Thundercats are loose! Thunder, Thunder, Thundercats!!!"]
Saber Rider and the Star Sherrifs [Sure I can't be the only man alive who remembers this?!?]
And that was just the stuff I remembered off hand from my youth [Well, younger youth]. As late as 12 or so, I was entranced by some of those stupid shows which ostensibly work with with 3D glasses [Never got those, so I had to take their word for it], like Botsmaster and Space Strikers, or imported classics like Teknoman.
And during the european portion of my upbrining, I discoevred the wonders of Anime at the rather tender age of 6 or so. Jesus, they're heavy on that stuff in France [Or at least on French TV]. From 6 to 8, I immersed myself [Though half understanding at best] in tne classic gems like Ronin Warriors, Dragon Ball Z [Yes, these shows existed in about 1992 or so, which just goes to show], the other Dragon Ball predessecors, and others like Saint Seiya, Wingman, and a whole slew of others I can't recall off hand, but included the Dirty Pair [Original] and Cutey Honey. [Yes, I saw these shows fairly regularly at the age of about 7, in the Uncut (IE: Nudity included) versions...which might explain why I turned out as the charming young gentleman I am today]
Holy joe, if that wasn't long winded enough for ya, I don't know waht is. ^^;;;
Any thoughts?
------------------
