I was back in high school. *^_^* Seriously, the nameless vixen has of
course always been there - it's just that Kit has been preoccupied with
other things. No one else (with the exception of Ashayt) has seen her,
though, and the reason why they can't is part of the story.

I loved the composition of this strip too. Well done, Kat! As you scroll down you can see her fade into view. I enjoy this one very much.

And it seems our dear vixen is imbued with magical powers indeed!

We can't just keep calling her the 'nameless vixen'. I propose we call her Absolut, because she's clear and a liqour.....

And what I don't get is, why our ladyfox friend doesn't seem to question the sudden slurpy pleasures.

Heh...I once asked Kat about how could she be named.

Personally...I'd call her Cocoa cuz of her chocolate colored fur but this is Kat's comic so he's the one up to name her.

Perhaps she is afraid of frightening the Vixen off? She certainly doesn't seem to mind the vixen's...ministrations. ^^;;

Well no, but I think what I was asking in the larger sense was why nobody notices her suddenly going all happy and moaning for no apparent reason.

It's like our lovely licking lady has more than invisibility, she has a magical effect that makes people not notice her, no matter what she does, and this includes the effects of what she does.

For the same reason (only in reverse) that Kit hasn't seen her up
until now. It will all come out in the story...

Seth once asked me what my favorite thing to draw is, and one of them
is this kind of progressive frame-to-frame imagery.

The reason she doesn't have a name (that everyone knows) is part of
the story too. Only those things which everyone's mind can perceive
can be said to have a name...

I find this a little... offsetting. I mean, didn't we already establish last time we saw this vixen that Kit and Kay are monogamous? I mean, I know they're pretty sexually liberated foxes, but if an invisible woman appeared out of nowhere to have oral sex with my wife, the first reaction wouldn't be "Oh hey, Neat."

Clearly, Kit and Kay have no problem preforming sexual acts with close others, as long as it is allowed by both Kit an Kay and it isn't intercorse (especially intercorse to the point of orgasm). That is how they maintaine their mutuality. So I believe, in this case, Kit sees a real need in our Nameless Vixen, and because he feels compassion for her, he allows the Nameless Vixen a kindness by allowing her to have oral sex with his wife. Kit is, after all, a considerate and generous fox, which we've seen evidence of over and over. Besides, we hear no complaints from Kay, after all. ^^

What I can't understand, however, is why kit seems to be having intercourse with the Nameless Vixen. Would that not comprimise the two's mutuality? If it's true, that either suggests a mistake, or a radical relationship between sexuality and this Vixen. Due to ambiguous camera angles, I cannot say for sure that intercourse is actually what is happining. The angle of the vixen's butt in panel three even suggests that their angle is wrong for sex (then again, Kat is rather well endowed). I may be really off base on this one, but it kind of made me stumble on the story line, so I thought it was important to bring up.

The reason I thought they might be havng intercourse (apart from the fact that kit conceids and come up on the Vixen from behind) was the reaction of the people around them. (I think SilverCougie has already touched on this.) See, I think this vixen is clearly astreal. She appears out of nowhere to those around her and has a clear connection to Kit and Kay and their particular brand of sexuality. However, I certaintly don't believe she is trying to come between them. After all, she was refered to by Ashayt as "innocent". Rather, she must be somehow drawn to them, (maybe even feeding off of them), aparently Kay in particulary. See, I thought that by preforming a sex act between the two of them at the same time, that the Vixen was acting as a sort of conduate conduate and amplifyer. The sexual energy runs through her and is put back out into the environment to the point that everyone nearby is effected by it. Very powerfully, in fact. Perhaps, even, the sexual energy is simply too powerful to be contained in the Vixen, and it just spills into the environment (floods, more like it).

Another exlaination, one that does not include intercorse between Kit and the Vixen, might be this: When Kit said "OH! OKAY! OKAY!" he may have given a sort of permission to the Vixen. Once that was done, both Kit and Kay were in knowlegeable agreement with what was happening between the Vixen and Kay, therefore allowing the Vixen to share in the couple's mutuality. Maybe, that was the key that released the powerful sexual energy that effected the people around them. Either way, it is clear that this Vixen has a strong connection to the so called "Gods of Yiff" and even to sexuality in general. The most interesting development, though, is that she now has a connction with Kit and Kay Boodle.

That's what I think, anyway. I'm looking forward to see how it actually works out!

Yes, I'm new. ^^ I've been reading KatEllis' comic for a while now and am very impressed with it's unique attitude and depiction of sexuality (especually in comparison to most sex comics). I've read all the archives, as I'm sure you all have, and when I was finished, I was thrilled to see that the comic is current!

I've never joined the forem discussions before because I've never really had the ability to discuss what was happening. What I read, after all, had mostly been writen a long time ago, and had long past. But now, I'm jumpin' in!
