Upcoming Hiatus

A little bit of not-so-good news, folks... my employer is sending me off for
training soon, and I'll be away from my drawing stuff and my computers.
Also away fom Shirlee, which takes most of my desire to draw away from
me. -_- It'll only be for a few weeks though. I'll try to keep up on the
forum while away on assignment.

Well, if anyone really does want to (I would never presume to ask any
other artists, they have their own comics to draw!) you should email them to
Shirlee, as I will be away from my computer and might have problems
uploading things. A tiny part of my brain keeps thinking I'm making more
out of this than I should; a few weeks, shouldn't be a big deal, right? But
I love Shirlee like you wouldn't believe. She is the anchor for my sanity. I
can stand, put up with, deal with, anything that the world throws at me if
I know when I get home I'll get a hug from my mousie. I don't want to do
without that for even two and a half seconds, let alone two and a half
weeks! But hey... *sigh*

Anyway, since it is gonna be just that short time, I could leave the comic
on hiatus - but if anyone does want to contribute something (I was thinking
of using some of Hoshiko's art already-in addition to the pics you guys have
already seen she's done some lovely images of Kit & Kay in period costume!)
let my mousie know and she'll handle it for me. <=)

Kat...the bond between Shirlee and you never ceases to amaze me. I think I've never seen such a great love, except on the movies...it also puzzles me since it's a feeling I don't understand. Maybe cuz I haven't found one to love like you did...I'm not sure if I could feel something so strong.

and thank the gods he comes home tonight X) We may not have the love bond that Kat and Shirley have, but then again, each love bond is different. And our's is more like... what an old couple's would be like... or a vaudville act...
