Can't do much now. My scanner's down.
The scanner requires a powered USB hub, and I think I busted mine. I plugged my laptop power cable in at one point, and shortly thereafter got my hands mixed up and threw it across the room. Now it no worky.
...maybe I'll get it fixed about the same time my markers get here.
On a good note, the physical drawings are coming along well enough. Meaning that once I get things sorted out, we can get back on our regular schedule right away.

And now I'm out of paper. I've got more coming in with my marker order, but...who knows when that'll get here.

Geez... you're just full of excuses...

Nah. If he really wanted to make an excuse he could say, "And my girlfriend won't even shell out a few bucks to send me paper."

You'd have to get it from Copic first. You don't think I use just any ol' copy paper, do you?
I've got some good paper coming from copic - Custom Paper 101 A1. Comes highly recommended in my 'How to Draw Manga' books.

You know, I'd say 'You're such a freak,' until I just realized that I'm just as picky when it comes to writing with pens and paper, or watching movies, or cooking. So while its understood, I still stick by reason of insanity.

How about doing the comics in ascii art until the paper, pens, and hub come in:
Frame 1:
O Hi, Paige! O
+ +
/ Hi, Beri! /
Frame 2:
O You wanna blow up the O
+ Stalker again?!? +
/ I'd love to! /
See? Isn't it cool?

Okay, when I wrote it, it was some very nice ascii art... now its a garbled mess... but you get the idea.

You are a very bad man.
::sigh:: I've started drawing in the margins and scraps. It's getting pathetic.

Prisma colors and plain ol' copy paper. Go normal. Use what ametuer artists use! ~_^

Still doesn't fix my scanner, though ^_^
I actually got an idea last night for a text-only story arc. Bascially I was lying in bed and came up with an idea...decided it would be too wordy...thought I could do it in just words, then...realized my scanner's broken, so why not do it now? I'll see what I can do tonight, and if it works out, there'll be a link on the main page.

Okkay, you go to your girlfriend, ask her for a box of 114 Prisma Colors, some plain ol' copy paper, and she sends them to you. Then, in the darks of the night, after you've drawn several of the strips, you send them 1st class back to your girlfriend, who proceeds to scan them in using her college scanner (because her own scanner is awful) and then she e-mail's them to you and you put them up!
Or you could do an entire text based story. That could work too.
And don't diss the words man! Words are cool! The wordy the better!
Word up yo!

You thief! Claiming that the "text-only story arc" is your idea! Look up and you'll see that I clearly laid down the groundwork for it! =)

You know, I could say that both of you stole it from me:
<a href=

You're misunderstanding my English. I got the idea for what to do with the text.
