Anyone want to take a guess if some mention of "sound life" will take a part in the current story line? (For those who dont know, it's the song that plays whenever Vash remembers Rem in trigun)

Actually. I have a scne planned where that song is present. Wether I'll use it or no is anybody's guess right now.
