You will need an animated GIf builder. Once you find one, you will follow the instructions in the program. Photoshop Image Ready comes with one, and there are some free wares out there. Essentially they all work on the same principle, which is taking several images you have made and sequencing them with varying speeds and loopiing, which you will control. The hardest part is just drawing the pics, really. I am not too familiar with the finer elements of my program, so I dont use cut n paste, I draw them all by hand, but if you know your paint program, well you could do some really good stuff, I imagine. Flash of course, looks better, but you have to assume that most people don't want to download a program just to view a comic. There are plenty who do, but I dont have DSL so I dont bother, cause Flash can take forever to view.
