According to a statement made elsewhere by BoxJam himself, Michael is the Orange Guy. (Of course, this also means that BoxJam's secretly waiting for Michael to spontaneously combust.) And William "Hopalong Cassidy" Boyd is indeed dead, and has been for some years.And Mr. Cormier, impressively eerie piece, with overtones which remind me slightly of Hemmingway (though I may be wrong, haven't read him in years, as I was never overly fond of his work myself.) So deep, yet so blue.
