Today's would have been a lot more effective without the first panel.
But it was funny anyway. Sort of a chuckle-out-loud funny, which puts it in the top 5% of toons, anyway.

------------------

Does anybody have any opinions about today's
doodle?
Any thoughts on how it might have been
improved?
------------------

Does anybody care to offer praise of today's
doodle in the form of metaphorical religious
hyperbole?
------------------

The May 9th doodle (please god say it's the one about time continuity and such) would NOT havbe worked without the first panel. Well, it would have, but isn't it cooler to realise not only that time is non-linear, but that it takes bits that have already happened, and randomly does them over?
That's my twenty-five cents. I'd do "two-bits," but Canadian quarters are worth less than American ones at this point, so I'm not sure about the conversion.
Hmmmmmmmmm....."1.32 bits," I think.
Whoot!!

Michael's drunk.
You can't knock the pins down unless you set them up first. TODAY'S playing off of yesterday's is brilliant.
I like the plunging necklines, too. But where's the cleavage? BoxJam needs cleavage.
------------------

Am I the only one who got the joke of the first four postings re: time?
Or was the anti-chronological order of BoxJam's posts just a happy accident?
--Strange/Dave
------------------
